What's going on with me????

Well, I haven't really been putting a lot into my business lately. I still use and LOVE all of my products!!!! I still have loyal customers that love their products and continue to use them. The last spa I had was in December and well to say the least it just wasn't that great and it put a SOUR taste in my mouth. I know that they are not all like that and that it is probably a direct result of a bad economy right now! I just am not one of those sales people that can push anything on anyone!!!! If you like and you need it and you want it, then we can talk! I liked doing the spa's, but I started to feel almost a little used....especially with NOBODY buying ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!! I am relocating this month and who knows what will happen with that move....You never know what God has in store for all of us!!!!!!

I am hopeful!!!!!

I went to my official training class for BeautiControl this past Saturday. It was good, very educational! I definitely did not want to get up on a Saturday morning that early to go to a class....but that's what they make coffee for...WooHoo!!!! I met one of my co-workers, that happened to joined BC also, there and we got to sit together and drink our caffeine together =-) We learned tricks about applying makeup and more about the products and lots of other VERY helpful information. The trainer was Judy Byrom and she was great. She is so nice and helpful!!!! I had a great, productive day.....

I now have 2 more Spas booked on the calendar and 4 waiting for the dates. I will be calling and checking on those this week!!!!!!

Interesting Party!!!!

Had another party this last week...

It was interesting to say the least! It was a rowdy crowd. You would have thought the hostess served shots of liquor at the door....but all she had was sodas & NO liquor!!! I don't think I have ever in my life had to "yell" over a crowd to tell them that it's time for the relaxation phase of the party!!! The girls were more interested at socializing than anything...it was a bit frustrating and well, I did learned some things that I need to do for my next party!!!! Maybe a microphone if there is ever another rowdy crowd....LOL!!!! I didn't get to do my whole presentation...my time was spend too much trying to settle the crowd!!!! That's okay though...They are all learning experiences!!!!!

Woo Hoo!!!!!

Well, first I have to start off by saying that I had my first party on August 24th and have been WAITING on my order since last Friday. I held it open for longer than normal because some of the girls at my office wanted to order some things. Well, normally I get my stuff really fast!!! I checked online with the company and it stated that they shipped the order on Saturday. I KNOW that Monday was a holiday...and apparently that held up the ENTIRE FedEx world....LOL!!!!!

Sidetrack.....Our FedEx guy...leaves my packages at my front door. No biggie, My front door is slightly hidden from the street with shrubbery/plants. BUT, he goes through the EXTRA step of putting a sticky note on my door that states he left the package on my front door!!!! Well, DUH....I think I figured that out when I walked up to the door and saw the BOX!!!!!!

My roommate and I joked about how if someone really wanted the box...all they have to do is take the post-it note off the door and we would be none the wiser until I contacted FedEx....when I didn't get my package!!!!!

Well, I get home from work today....EXPECTING my package. I knew my roommate would NOT have been home before me due to her plans. And I walk up to an empty doorstep. I was mortified....I thought to myself....Why in the world did we have to joke about something like that...cause here it happened!!!!!

I walk in the front door....FRANITC...thinking that I was out $500 to replace all the products that people ALREADY paid for!!!!! only to find the package by my bedroom door! I was soooooooo excited!!!! Come to find out, my roommate's mom stopped by...Whew!!!!! Talk about a load off of my shoulder's!!!!!

Opening my packages is always a little like Christmas for me....even though the stuff is not all for me!!!!!! I love my new job!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow I get to bag everyone's stuff up and get ready to deliver everyone's goodies!!!!!!

My First Show =-D

I had my very first show last weekend, with the help of my friend Jennifer!!!! Thanks a ton!!!! Due to Our Tropical Storm Fay visiting the State of Florida...Not that many people were able to make it, but it ended up being a very good learning experience and I actually did get a lot of orders. I love the people I work with. They are so helpful and I know they will love the products they did buy!!!

Having a Lazy day with my Number One Girl....Alexis!!!!

Alexis and I are having a lazy/movie day today. I have been sick this last week and just am not feeling well! So my little princess, being the little trooper she that she always can be, is hanging out in bed with me and we are watching movies. Well, obviously she gives me little computer breaks and she plays with her barbies or what not on the floor and then comes right back into bed. I love her so much!!!!! I just wish I felt better!!!!!!

Trying all my new stuff!!!!!

So, my instructions with my bag of goodies is to TRY EVERYTHING!!!!! I have tried so many products =-D So far so good! I haven't found anything that I have not like!!!! I feel like I am back at the Dermatologist's office trying all the new products when we were trying to decide which line of products she would carry in the office. Or when I was Esthetician school and we were all little guinea pigs.

We have so many products to choose from!!!! Last night I tried our Herbal Serenity Show of Hands and OMG!!!!!! It was AMAZING!!!! I didn't realize how great it was. I had tried another sugar and brown sugar scrub they had but this instant manicure was like holy cow!!!! It's a sea salt scrub with essentials oils. I could believe that I hadn't tried it earlier....

That's one thing with this business is that I am constantly surprised with the complete satisfaction I have with the products and their customer service. Everything is guaranteed 100%...if your not satisfied, then they are not satisfied!!!! How many companies are like that?!?!?!?
